QUEENS FORT, ST. JAMES, BARBADOS

The project at Queens Fort was challenging, we were asked to provide a complete refurbishment of the entire property, including, the swimming pool, landscaping, upgrades to all services - electrics, air conditioning, plumbing and telecommunications - all of these elements were completed on a fixed timeline and budget. As is common for renovations, problems are encountered and we relied heavily on our team at Icon Construction to be creative and proactive where possible to finish the project on time and on budget. It was a success.
